Amy-We are definitely excited about making another trip up there! So much to do and see along the way!
Mara-We are so lucky that the four cousins are close in age and love to play with each other. We have so many cousin pictures, it was hard to choose!
Mom and Riss-Start packing/getting the couches ready for a trip!
Bridget-That is too far but at least it is a reason to go to a new place!
Lilang-Family trips can be so exciting (and stressful! Luckily, this trip was wonderful. I love Swiss Family Robinson! I can’t wait until my kids are old enough to listen to extensive novels in the car!

Wow! Sounds like such a fantastic trip. Just spent time with my sister and her kids. It’s precious to have siblings who you can travel with and cousins who have loads of fun together. We did quite a bit of road tripping to summer ourselves and I am so thrilled that our kids are old enough that they can sit and listen to audio books for hours on end without a complaint. We drove one day for 14 hours with a sick child who slept on and off all day and a 6 year old who couldn’t get enough of Swiss Family Robinson. We listened to 30 chapters that day.

We miss you too! I am lucky to have such a talented blogging, road-tripping sister, nephew, and niece! Our beds are always ready for company! As to the cousins in bed…they didn’t HAVE to all sleep in that bed together, we were in a HUGE hotel suite that night!…they were DYING to be so close at all times! Moments to be remembered forever!

That picture of the kids in bed is one for the ages. And I love that you’re thinking of taking a 14 hour drive to see your family just because you can. That’s a sentiment I can definitely get behind on Monday or any day.
