Travel Blogger Tuesday-Fox Nomad
Posted in Sharing, Travel Blogger Tuesday on August 18, 2009
I am constantly coming across great travel blogs…it is amazing how many are out there. I just recently found Fox Nomad and I am excited to share Anil’s website with you. The first thing I noticed about Anil and his site is that he has a constant presence. He doesn’t just post the articles and walk away. He makes a conscious effort to interact with every commenter. Anil’s blog is full of travel photos and advice, advice on maintaining a travel blog and lots of fun! There are so many great posts to highlight, but here are three of my favorites:
How to Build a Successful Travel Blog – Part One and Part Two - Great advice for both those who have just started a travel blog or those who have been at it a long time
Overcoming 7 Major Obstacles to Traveling the World – #5 You Have Kids or Will Soon - Things to help you decide to travel the world! Be sure to check out the other articles in the series.
Cheesy Travel Photos - Hilariously cheesy travel photos submitted by readers! I can’t decide which is my favorite yet!

Hi! Thank you so much for featuring me, it really is an honor!
Writing about overcoming obstacles to traveling the world, especially #5 has been a great way to meet many other bloggers seeing the world in different ways.
Your site is very encouraging and a great example that having children doesn’t mean you can’t travel. Blogs are a great way to connect with other travelers and that’s why I enjoy interacting with other people in the comments, Twitter, and their blogs so much.
Thanks again!
You are welcome! I do love reading your blog and it is full of great advice! I am trying to be better about commenting on people’s comments…I know I like to read what people write back to me!
You’re always introducing someone fun to read. I was just thinking about cheesy travel photos the other day – now I should check out this category on the Fox Nomad blog!
Lorraine, there’s going to be a part 2 to the contest this winter, everyone is welcome to enter
