Bridges of the Riverwalk

While in San Antonio, Texas, we did a boat tour of the Riverwalk. My husband and I have both been on the tour but the kids were excited about the boat ride so we bought tickets and took the tour again. One of the things I loved seeing were all of the different bridges. I thought it was interesting that almost every bridge was different and it was one thing that the tour operator never talked about (I don’t think!). I wasn’t able to get pictures of every bridge because we didn’t have the best seats.
The Riverwalk tours are $8.25 an adult and $2 for children. The tour is about 35 minutes long which was about 12 minutes too long for my kids.

That’s very good observation! They do look different. Will be nice to have a story behind each bridge.
Looks like a fun activity.
I did a similar river tour in Chicago with my 2-yr-old niece. The focus of the Chicago tour was the buildings/architecture but it was surprising how easily it help her + my attention.

I love bridges, and I’ve always wanted to visit the San Antonio Riverwalk. Now you’ve given me another reason to want to visit there.
It’s been ages since I’ve been to San Antonio but I remember the Riverwalk fondly!
I’m always so surprised at how mesmerized the kids are on a boat tour!
It’s such a shame that you couldn’t take pictures of the rest of bridges, I would have loved to see them.
But the ones you have here are absolutely beautiful.
